If a product is missing from your order, please call Customer Service at +420 800 222 555. We're available every day from 8 AM to 11 PM.
If you paid online, you can return any missing item directly to the delivery driver or to a colleague at Click+Collect for a full refund. If you chose to pay at the door, you won’t be charged for any items you reject.
You can also return items at any of our stores. Just go to the Customer Service desk, show your delivery note, and request a refund.
