1. Basic information about the controllers, legal basis and purpose
There are two companies involved in the processing and delivery of your order. Each of them processes your personal data independently, as an independent controller, for its own purposes and under its own responsibility. They are not joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR.

Wolt provides the sale of goods, order content and completion, accounting and tax documents, complaints relating to goods, and the loyalty programme (more information here).

For this purpose, Tesco transfers your personal data to Wolt, with your consent, to the extent of:

Tesco ensures that the order is handed over to Wolt for delivery. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

Since both companies act as separate controllers, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the privacy policies of both companies. The policies are available for Tesco and Wolt. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, please contact Tesco at ochrana_dat@tesco.com and Wolt at support@wolt.com.
2. How long the transmitted data is stored
Each of the controllers stores the transmitted data for the period specified in its own privacy policy. In general, data for an individual order is stored for the duration of the performance of the contract and for the time necessary to settle any complaints and to protect legal claims, and for accounting documents for the period stipulated by tax and accounting regulations.
3. Transfers outside the EEA
Each controller provides information about any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area in its own policy. Tesco discloses information about transfers to third countries in its policy available on itesco.cz.
4. Your rights and where to exercise them
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Since each company is a separate controller, please exercise your rights with the company whose processing your request concerns:
