To edit your order, log in, go to "My Orders" in the top menu, and click the "Edit" button. You can cancel any changes at any time by clicking the button in the top right corner. Remember to save your changes once you're done.
If you pay online for your order, we’ll charge you on the day of delivery or collection before you get your order. If your payment fails, we’ll contact you and ask you to pay by card at the door. Or you can cancel the order.
If you make changes to your confirmed order, product prices will be updated to reflect current online prices. However, if you don’t edit your order, the prices will remain the same.
You can edit your order until 11:59 PM the day before your scheduled delivery or collection.
For same-day collection, you can update your preference by:
- 8:59 AM for collections between 1 PM and 6 PM
- 12:59 PM for collections between 6 PM and 10 PM
