We verify your card during checkout. If the verification fails, check the details or try another card. If you choose a same-day delivery or collection, we’ll ask you to pay by card at the door instead.
If you pay online for your order, we’ll charge you on the day of delivery or collection before you get your order. If your payment fails, we’ll contact you and ask you to pay by card at the door. Or you can cancel the order.
For safety reasons, you can’t pay by cash at the door. This is because we don’t allow delivery drivers or our colleagues at Click+Collect to carry cash.
