Check the current prices online after log in. If you edit one of your confirmed orders, the product prices will be updated to match the current prices online. The prices won’t change if you decide not to amend your order.
Weighted products (fruits and vegetables) and pre-packed weighted products (meat, poultry, and cheese) may differ in final weight compared to the website info. This can influence the final price of the items.
If the ordered product is not in stock, we offer you a similar one instead. These products are called substitutes. The price, package size and brand of a substitute may differ from the original product.
You can reject any item upon delivery or collection. Return the rejected items to the delivery driver or one of our colleagues at Click & Collect. If you are paying by card at the door, these items will be deducted from the total order price. If you paid online, we would refund the amount to your account.
You can find the final order summary in your mailbox before delivery. If you receive a product that you don’t want to keep, you don’t have to accept it. You can return any product to our courier during delivery. You won’t be charged for rejected products. Read more.
