When an item you ordered is not in stock, we offer you a similar one instead as a substitute. You can check substitutes in the order summary we send to your email.
To allow substitutes in your order, log in to your account, create an order and tick the box “allow substitutes” in your basket.
You can allow substitutes for the whole order or for specific products only. If you don’t want any substitutes, leave the box unticked.
The price, package size and a brand of a substitute may differ from the original product.
You can reject any substituted item upon delivery or collection. Return the rejected items to the delivery driver or one of our colleagues at Click & Collect. If you are paying by card at the door, these items will be deducted from the total order price. If you paid online, we would refund the amount to your account.
If we cannot find an adequate substitute, no item will be added to your order. You won’t be charged for the unavailable items.
